Great location, room clean, breakfast was tasty & replenished when empty, was crowded as small space. Air conditioning great in room & spacious room for 2.

Brought our kids for a short 3d2n staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel. It was overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! Pros: 1. Welcomed by warm and smiley staff. Check in was seamless and prompt. Was served by Komuro Tsou and she had kindly gave us a free upgrade of room to a junior suite (we have booked a premium deluxe room). Thank you. 2. Room was clean and spacious, aircon was strong, bed and sofa were very comfortable. 3. Two large swimming pools, from 0.5m to 2.5m. Excellent for different ages/ height. Not a single dull moment with the facilities. The gym was clean and well maintained too. 4. We went for breakfast for one of the mornings since we have read good reviews about the breakfast. It was totally great! Perfect varieties to choose from, the food was very fresh too. Staff were very attentive and polite. 5. The reception had also accommodated to our request for a slightly later check out time and we were able to bring our kids for a short pool time after breakfast. We are very glad and appreciative. Cons: Nothing to fault at all! We will certainly return back again! Thank you, Goodwood Park Hotel! :)

Great property with lots of shops and restaurants close by, and next to a metro station. Staff were very helpful when we came in early and the nice noon checkout was appreciated

We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay. Breakfast chefs were quite unapproachable for special requests except for the last 2 days when a younger English-speaking chef was at the station. The rest of the staff in the hotel was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Good location with MRT next door and plenty of places to dine.
